I have recently been initiated into the incredible family of Reiki healers. Reiki is an amazing technique for healing the mind, body, and spirit. The ancient technique works with the universal life energy all around us and is about harnessing that energy to restructure our bodies at the the cellular level and our minds by working with our highest selves. I have been trained and certified in Reiki levels 1 and 2. Hands-on body work from level 1 can be done on its own or in conjunction with the cosmic techniques of Reiki 2.
