I saw these tan booties on Refinery29 recently and had to buy them immediately. They are short enough that I can run to work in them (getting out of bed these days when its cold is very difficult) but high enough that I feel a little more dressed up than my go-to ballet flats. It was love at first click. Now, should I get the black ones too?

I’m still on the hunt for the perfect leopard pieces now that fall has sprung. I still love both of these loafers but I also love the tassels on the Steve Madden Chaufer loafer and I’m really feeling these, these and these! Red jeans, white button down, leopard flats?! Perfection!

My must have shoe for the fall — calf hair (faux is fine) leopard loafers. Now the choice is to splurge and get them from J.Crew for $275 or shop smartly and save by buying a close relative from Steven by Steve Madden for $119?

What could be better than classic prints with classic shoes? Robert Verde took some of his old Hermès scarves to Vans and asked them to customize a few pairs of sneakers. The result? An amazing set of classically covered slip-on sneakers that make a timeless statement. I can totally see these styled up with a casual suit, for a classic hipster look, or in my case I would wear them with some jeans or cut-offs and a white t!

It’s been more than a year since I lost one of my favorite shoes of all time. On my way to work I was carrying my favorite Jeffrey Campbell red patent leather ballet flats and I managed to drop one somewhere between my house and the office and didn’t notice until it was too late. Heartbroken, I searched everywhere (in New York and cyberspace) for the missing shoe but obviously the it had long since been discontinued. I had nearly give up hope in even finding a far inferior replacement until now. JCrew just released their classic ballet flat (my go to for black flats) in an array of colors, poppy being one of them. I ordered them yesterday and fingers crossed they fill the void of my beloved Dorthory-esque shoes!
