I am so excited for the long weekend. My plans are still a bit in the air but whether I stay in the city or make my way out for a getaway, I am just excited to sleep in, watch movies in bed or snuggled on the couch, troll the internet (and Pin a lot), eat good food, sip delicious drinks and spend time with people I love. To a very merry Memorial Day!

I’m excited to relax this weekend, work on my urban garden and enjoy some more hopefully beautiful spring weather. Here’s to bright and sunny weekend!

I am extremely happy it’s Friday. Extremely!! This week trudged along and it’s finally time to enjoy the sun, sleep in, snuggle up in my new bed and take it easy. There really is not much that makes me happier than waking up leisurely on a weekend with the sun streaming in my room and being able to either get up and start my day or doze back to sleep! To a restful weekend!

Well, it has been quite awhile. I have been doing pretty much everything but writing here but I think it’s time to get back into the groove. Lots of changes, including the seasons here in NYC, mean its time to refocus on the things I enjoy. Writing this blog has always been something I have just done for me and I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. To get my head back in the game I am looking forward to enjoying the weather this weekend by doing at much as possible in the great outdoors — including but hopefully not limited to picnics, napping on a blanket in the sun and walking around soaking up the sun. Here’s to a fabulous weekend!

I haven’t written in a really long time, which makes me sad, but things have been just insane as of late. And it’s for that very reason that I head down to Florida this weekend for a week of relaxation, tanning, shopping and not having a care in the world! Hopefully it will reset my clock and when I come back I can get back on a schedule which includes writing. Have a cool weekend!

It might snow again this weekend which just yet another example to stay cozy and be lazy this weekend. The past few weeks have been pretty hectic so my weekends really are my chance to escape. This weekend is a long one thanks to President’s Day on Monday so I hoping to get a lot done at home and maybe even get out of the city for awhile! Have a positive weekend!

It’s snowing here in New York and all I can think about is snuggling up with hot chocolate, warm blankets and good movies. If this keeps up and I don’t leave the house all weekend I would not be all that upset. Have a warm and fuzzy weekend.

Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! I am usually not excited about Sunday because it’s too close to Monday but with Superbowl this weekend I am pretty stoked. While I may not have the willpower to resist a fun party with yummy football food, not having a team in the game makes it more fun and I can just enjoy the commercials and the killer halftime show! Have a winning weekend!

I have been really MIA from writing here and I want that to change. I can’t promise it will happen right away, but I do want to write more about the things I love to see, do, wear and eat. Consider it a late New Year’s resolution. Have a superb weekend!

It felt like this week flew by, which is nice considering I am so excited about this weekend, my birthday on Sunday, dinner with family and friends and the Golden Globes! Plans are set for a few fun meals but otherwise I am just excited for a low key weekend and a red carpet party on Sunday. Have a happy weekend!
