Football starts this week and tonight is our fantasy draft. We’re doing an auction draft (which I had no clue about until I read this) with a bunch of friends and it promises to be an awesome night. And if I wasn’t excited enough, I came up with the best team name — Struck Gould!! For my all time favorite Chicago Bears kicker extraordinaire Robbie Gould!

Between the less than impressive commercials and the Patriots loss, this Superbowl was seriously disappointing. The only redeeming quality was the last minute change in plans to watch the game in my sweats on my couch rather than at a party. And now the countdown begins — 80 days until the NFL draft!

I’m going to the Bears/Giants preseason game today and I am so excited! I took my jersey out of my closet the other day, it’s been folded up for a very long time, and it got me hyped and ready. I love football season — the weather gets cooler, you always know your plans for Sunday and I get to surprise people with my football knowledge. Now, if I buy these temporary tattoos I could seriously freak people with my fanaticism! BEAR DOWN CHICAGO BEARS!
