What a wintery disaster of a week! I couldn’t be more excited to be done with my obligations for the week, and I even have a few fun adventures planned for the next couple of days! Enjoy the weekend and THINK WARM THOUGHTS!

If there is going to be this much snow I need to either start getting work snow days and therefore the ability to stay home and in bed, or I need to get myself up to our cabin in the woods (in Beckett, MA) and get snowed in there! Great plan indeed!
On a whim I decided to create a collage of some of the things that I think describe me best. The fact of the matter is that if I decided to make a collage today it could be totally different, but yesterday when I went on Polyvore these images sum me up!

In case you haven’t looked outside yet, it’s snowing…again. Enough said!
Here are some pictures from last week’s snow. I put them together for an Unravelling assignment.

What a crappy way to end a really good season! The Bears totally threw away the NFC Championship last night against Green Bay and lost their spot in the Superbowl. (I am still on the fence if I even want to watch the Packers play the Steelers)
The worst part is this means that football season is over and won’t be back until September!

It was a killer week for me. I am so excited to use the week of rain and the weekend snow as my excuse to stay inside as much as possible. Have a great weekend and stay dry!

I have been using a plain plastic, see-through shower curtain for years. You need to replace it more than you would a regular curtain because it shows wear much more quickly, but it’s clean and simple and really opens the space up in my tiny bathroom. But I may be convinced to by this Izola shower curtain I saw on Refinery29. Not only is it adorable but it actually works well with my yellow and gray towel/bathmat from cb2!!

I haven’t been sleeping, but it’s certainly not for lack of trying. It’s a mystery to me how I could go so long without decent sleep and still not only make it through the day, but not pass out from total exhaustion at night.

My birthday is officially over, as sad as it is to say. But I am somewhat blissfully unaware because I have spent the last two days playing with my brand new camera. I wanted something to replace my old point and shoot that broke a few weeks back. I decided that having something small enough to fit in a purse wasn’t really an issue anymore so I asked for an easy, amateur SRL. As soon as I get all the settings where I want them I will start posting my beautiful masterpieces!
