I have been a bit MIA lately, but let me explain:
About 3 weeks ago I decided that April 12th was going to be the day that I changed everything and started living a new life. I decided in advance of that Monday morning that I was going to start dieting, getting back into the swing of yoga and try expanding my Reiki practice and study. That day turned out to be much more than I expected.
Since that faithful morning I have left my job, been to Chicago and back and have started living the life that I want to live, and living it as happily and healthily as possible. It’s hard to believe that in a month from today I will be a two years into being a full time New Yorker and a full 2 years out of college. So much had already changed since leaving DC, but with my luck being what it is my life took what felt like an even sharper turn than the one I had resolved to take on that very day.
I am happy to report that in the first 9 days of my new and improved life I feel that not only am I letting the chips fall as they may but they are cosmically falling just where my wildest dreams would have asked them to fall. Things are on the up and up for me spiritually, professionally, personally, physically, emotionally and any of ‘lly’ that you could possibly think of!

Between my new outlook and the help of those Reiki principles I am so much happier with letting the cosmos make some life decisions for me! It takes the pressure off! :)
